Coconut cream is rich in potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and zinc.
Coconut oil contains high amounts of MCT's, blocks absorption of cholesterol in the body, and is known for its anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties

Olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids which help to reduce "bad" LDL. It is also known to be anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant properties.
